Johnny Henderson
Has 35+ years of successfully delivering on-time, on-budget, and high-quality projects across the Southeast. A native to Atlanta, Johnny began his career in the union before incorporating JB Steel in1988. His portfolio now includes over 175 million square feet under roof in Atlanta and a passion for technical and mechanical support.

Jimmy Henderson
Born into the steel industry, Jimmy has over 25 years of experience in steel erection and rigging. As Founder of Henderson Fab, Jimmy oversees all day-to-day operations while managing existing relationships with suppliers and customers as well as developing new ones. He is NCCCO Certified for LBC, TLL, TSS, STC and maintains OSHA 10- & 30-Hour certifications.

Brett Henderson
Brett’s 10+ years in construction is built on customized solutions, operational excellence, and customer success. Her portfolio includes manufacturing, warehousing, and healthcare, with a strategic focus of onsite coordination within trade partners. She is a Past President of NAWIC and focused on driving successful results in safety, performance, and development.

Jeremy Hurst
Jeremy began his career in the steel industry in 2013 as a general laborer and quickly rose through the ranks to foreman, then into production control, project management, and upwards. His time in the field as well as in managerial rolls ensures a well rounded perspective for problem solving and delivering a quality product. Since joining Henderson Fab in 2019 ahead of the fabrication facility's launch, he has played a key role in the company’s growth, driving process improvements and helping to establish and uphold the highest operational standards across the organization.

Ben Mills
Ben started working at a Steel Fabricator in Lexington, KY in 1997. Prior to joining the Henderson team he was working at STRUMIS LTD as a Software Specialist Consultant and Software Implementation Consultant. While at STRUMIS, He has consulted and implemented software to fit the needs of the fabricator. He brings a lot of experience and his ability to learn and adapt has enabled success from a variety of different areas within the industry.

Kurt Osgood
Kurt joined Henderson Fab's team in 2021 as the shipping manager. His attention to detail and excellent follow through allowed Kurt to develop a strong shipping operation that consistently delivered desired outcomes to our customers. This attentiveness and Kurt's desire to grow allowed for a smooth transition into an estimating role were he continues to grow and bring process improvement ideas to the team.

Jennifer Breisser
Jennifer is the liaison between Henderson Fab and our customers, ensuring every job is completed on time and to spec. She has served in the construction industry for 20 years with the last 10 focusing on structural steel. Her background is in document control, construction billings, project administration, coordination, and project management. Seeing that sustainability is an ever-increasing requirement, she earned LEED Green Associate credentials to aid in proper LEED reporting and understanding.

Edwin Ramirez
Ed brings over 20 years of experience in the steel industry to Henderson Fab. He began his career as a steel detailer, building a strong foundation that allowed him to develop a comprehensive understanding of the industry. Over the next decade, he advanced into roles as a Project Coordinator and later as a Steel Estimator, gaining hands-on experience across multiple facets of structural steel work. After ten years, Ed transitioned into Project Management, where he was responsible for overseeing the very projects he had estimated and detailed - bringing continuity, efficiency, and accountability to each job. His long-standing passion for the steel industry continues to drive his work.

Hillary McCullough
Hillary began her career in the steel industry in 2020 in Raleigh, NC, while pursuing her undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering at NC State, with a dual concentration in Structures and Transportation. As a project engineer, she gained valuable experience in both estimating and project management. Her strong academic foundation, attention to detail, and keen organizational skills fosters thoughtful pricing for customer satisfaction.
Shop Foreman
Chris Morris
Chris has worked in the steel industry just shy of a decade, certified welder with additional training certificates from Gwinnett Tech as part of the welding & joining program. Chris has worked with stainless steel & Carbon steel in all aspects from fitting, welding, production supervision & project management. Since coming to Henderson Fab he has been a shinning star & an asset to our team quickly rising into supervisory role. Chris is in charge of shop quality, performing all inspections during steel fabrication & upon completion.
